Our Story

Our story began when my husband was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure, and it felt like our world was turned upside down.

He initially turned to medication, but the pills and doctor visits only added to his frustration. Watching him struggle was heartbreaking, and I knew I had to find a different way to help him. That's when I began researching superfoods, veganism, and holistic approaches to health.

After countless hours of studying and experimenting in the kitchen, I started creating meals that, while not perfect at first, slowly became better and more delicious over time.

We made this a lifestyle change, focusing on natural, unprocessed ingredients. We built our diet around fermented vegetables, legumes, and nuts, which naturally create probiotics that help the body’s healing and recovery processes. This approach didn’t just improve my husband’s health-it transformed it. Over time, his diabetes and high blood pressure completely disappeared. Through this journey, I became a certified practitioner of the Rambam’s holistic method of healing, which combines body and mind to support the body’s natural processes of recovery.

Our goal is to share these insights with others, helping them avoid health issues or take steps towards a healthier lifestyle. The proof is in the results-we’ve seen firsthand how this way of living can improve lives.

The main staples include sprouted legumes, sun-dried organic dates that retain all their vitamins and minerals, nuts, and fermented vegetables.

Everything is gluten-free, oil-free, and made without refined flours, ensuring the most natural and healthy outcome.

The motto is simple: keep the natural integrity of the ingredients intact.

In addition, we offer flexible meal plans for 1, 7, or even 21 days. These meal plans provide a complete daily menu, including six nutritious dishes that are all you need to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

What we offer?

We give familiar names to our dishes, but they’re unlike anything you’ve tasted before. Some examples include tofu shawarma, stir-fried vegetables and tofu, wraps made from various legumes, and a unique fermented cashew cheese that everyone falls in love with after the first bite. Many of the ingredients are either grown in our own garden or sourced from high-quality organic suppliers.

We want to invite you to experience this journey with us-through delicious meals that heal and nourish, one bite at a time.

Who is it for?

Our food is suitable for almost everyone, regardless of age. Even our children, ages five and three, love these meals and prefer them over more conventional food options. And as any parent knows, kids don’t lie about what they like! However, please note that our products are not suitable for individuals with nut or almond allergies.

Place your order, and it will be ready for pickup at our NJ location. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready.
